Jeff graduated from MTSU with a Music Degree and earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has worked for BMI for almost 25 years in various capacities and currently leads the radio and TV licensing team and also represents BMI on the board of The Blues Foundation. He is a two-term Council Member in District 15 and current candidate for a countywide At Large seat.
